Welcome to the Double Header sport fishing site. The Double Header fishes the fertile waters of Montauk for sharks, tuna, striped bass, fluke and a variety of bottom fish. We offer both inshore and offshore sportfishing trips. You can fish half or full days, twilight, nights, extended days, and canyon trolling trips. We provide exciting and memorable fishing trips for novices, families, and experienced fishermen. We encourage angler participation and  have a mate to assist and coach you if you are a novice.

The Double Header is a custom built Duffy that offers a fast comfortable sea kindly ride. She is rigged to fish both the inshore and offshore waters of Montauk. There is well maintained top of the line Penn and Shimano tackle on board. All the bait, tackle, and ice are provided. Your fish will be cleaned and bagged, and all the fish belong to you. All you have to bring is your food and drinks and we will take care of the rest.

I grew up on the east end and have been fishing the waters of East Hampton and Montauk my entire Life. I would like the opportunity to show you the excellent fishing that has made Montauk legendary.
